A new generation of camcorders was recently presented by Samsung. The tech giant's two new devices are HMX-U20 and HMX-U15. Both have 2-inch LCD screens and can capture 1920x1080 HD video at 30fps. The HMX-U20 model boasts an additional 3x optic zoom feature. The two camcorders are rather slim and record to SDHC cards. They have a built-in USB unit that allows an easy upload of videos and pictures.
Although the U20 model has extra 3x optical zoom it provides a 10 megapixel still picture shooting, while the U15 offers 14 megapixel still image shooting.
Editing videos on both camcorders is very easy, thanks to special editing options. In addition, the two camcorders from Samsung provide simple recording modes - with just one touch you can upload a video to YouTube, for example.
Samsung will launch its HMX-U15 camcorder in March and the device's price will be $ 229.99. The HMX-U20 model is expected to hit the stores in May and will be available for $ 249.99. More images are available here.
