Star Wars' R2-D2 Transformed into Xbox360 Projector

Mar 18, 2011
A very nice and original projector robot has been developed by Mark Bongo from Major League Mods.

He transformed an R2-D2 into an Xbox360 projector robot that can project a 15 to 50-inch screen.

The device is built from R2-D2's unspecified head lens. It is also worth mentioning that the device can be easily connected to other devices like Wii or PlayStation.

The projector itself was built in just about two weeks. The robot features a speaker (located in the head of the robot), touch sensitive buttons and an Artoo's game controller.

The user will also enjoy the glowing LED lights and HDMI port. This is undoubtedly a very original mix of s Star Wars character and Xbox360.

Thanks for sharing about this procudt. I am always on the lookout for an easier way to use IWB rather than the ones attached to the wall. It is great to see the variety and approaches.Heather
