According to the designers of this interesting concept, the keyboard is meant to reduce the spread of infections. It is known that some of the dirtiest places at home and office are the keyboard and mouse. Here we have a keyboard folding like a Japanese fan. The two designers, Yoonsang Kim and Eunsung Park, dubbed Keystick and it is part of their None Bacteria Project.
The keyboard is easy to use and take with you. Still, why would anyone take this portable keyboard outside when we have laptops and netbooks? The only answer is smartphones. It would be great if this concept becomes reality - it would then be used for typing something on a phone.
