Upgraded Nintendo Wii with Two Nice Water-cooling Reservoirs

The Wii UNLimited Edition represents a modified version of the Nintendo Wii. Initially it began as a project initiated by Martin Nielsen (aka Angel OD), a modder from Copenhagen.

He started thinking about a wall-mounted Wii back in 2009. Angel OD also wanted to have a console that would be water-cooled.

He dismantled a Wii console and extracted the drive out of its shell. Then he created a new case for the drive and incorporated some nice Wii logos on the side.

His new Wii model has its case attached to 2 nicely-looking cool reservoir tubes, each being 220mm high. The reservoirs are topped by aluminum covers, the latter having a diameter of 70mm.

The reservoir tube on the left features a water pump, which can be found at the bottom. It also is equipped with a digital temperature gauge installed at the top. Each reservoir has a special blue cooling liquid.

Everything you can see in the picture was created by Angel OD.

It is worth mentioning that a lot of users noticed that the conventional Nintendo Wii can heat up to 110F even when idle and even the discs can sometimes get hot and that could lower the life of your console.

Bowling Video Game Played Using Kiss Controller

Models Thomas Lodato and Sarah Puerto have recently demonstrated a very original game controller.

It is worth mentioning that the kiss controller is part of a project entitled Hye Yeon Nam (Digital media artist working on audio/video/robotic installation).

The way an intimate kissing behavior has been incorporated into a video game really amazes.

The new project involves a customized headset, which in reality is a sensor receiver, and a magnet (sensor input).

In order to control the bowling video game players have to put the magnet inside their mouth. Then the magnet registers the kissing speed. Thus the greater is the intensity of the players' kiss, the greater is the speed of the bowling ball.
