E-Ball Computer Concept With Projector and Laser Keyboard

Oct 21, 2009
This amazing concept represents a sphere-shaped computer, plus its sizes make the concept the smallest design among all laptops and desktop PCs developed up-to-date. The design of the device is credited to Apostol Tnokovski.

The E-Ball computer concept has all features of a conventional computer, including mouse, keyboard, large display, DVD-RW, but all these elements are offered in a new, rather futuristic way.

You open the E-Ball by pressing simultaneously two buttons placed on each side of the sphere. When the stand opens, you press the ON button and then press a special button that detaches an optical mouse from the computer's body.

The keyboard is not physical - it is interpreted by lasers that appear after you press the respective button. The display is not standard, instead a projector is used. You can focus the screen on any surface, such as wall. In case there is no suitable place for the projector to display the screen, you simply have to press another button to open a paper sheet holder that splits into 3 pieces like an umbrella - just place a white paper and you have a screen.

The computer can be used for making video presentations, watching movies, listening to music, as well as chatting over the Internet.

Definitely on the right track. It's still about the same volume as a laptop. Can't fit it in a case. Make it fit in a pocket and add a phone function and I'll pay 10k for it!
